I would like to ask if there are specific requirements in order to be eligible for leave conversion. Sa current company ko, we are earning leave credits but not able to use them until maka 1 year muna kame as employees. My question is, since below 1 year pa lang ako (9 months pa lang), hindi ba maco-convert yung unused leave credits that I incurred since April 10, 2012? The leave conversion will be released this February 6 and there's a buzz going on na kelangan daw to qualify for it dapat hired ng 2011.
Is this fair? Eligible kame mag earn ng leave credits simula ng ma-hire kame pero hindi naman pwede ma-convert to cash since hindi naman namin pwede gamitin dhel wala pa kaming 1 year sa company. Pwede ba nila i-forfeit ung mga naipon namin na leave credits?
Wala naman kami employee handbook na available nor did we sign anything na naka stipulate na ganun nga ang process nila. Kung hindi po nila i-release yun this Feb 6th, pwede ko ba sila i-complain sa NLRC? Ano po ang steps na dapat kong gawin?
