Hi Atty! Ask ko lang po kung may provision sa Labor ccode regarding cash conversion of Sick Leave credits. And if ever po convertible lahat ng unused credits sa year end ilan po ang non taxable and ilan po ang taxable?

what the law requires is the 5 day SIL. beyond that it's all based on company policy
