Valid on the PRESUMPTION that the parties submit their respective birth certificate before the issuance of a marriage license.
NSO cerificate is not one of those essential and formal requisites to have a Valid status of marriage.

Kahit po yung kinasal eh may ibang pangalan na nakaregister sa NSO pero yung ginamit Nya nung kinasal sya is the name that not registered

what was the reason behind the different name? imo, this is not a basis to declare a marriage void if it turns out he was capacitated to marry

Ndi ko po kc Alam na ang pangalan na ginagamit ko eh Ndi po pla naka register kc pinagawa Lang po pala yung BC ko sa kumadrona. Ngayun po ang pangalang nakaregister na ang ginagamit ko at lahat po ng documents ko sa pangalan na yun,wala po ako Kahit Isang document sa pangalang Ndi nakaregister.
