I obtained a fracture during physical therapy in a government hospital last Nov 2012. It was a stretching exercise where one of the interns snapped my bone. This led to a surgery. I was not supervised by PT staff during my treatment session. This has been what they usually do. I was discharged without any help extended. I am already post two months after surgery. I would like to seek help if I can seek legal redress in what happened to me. Any advise will be appreciated - from Quezon city

Iniisip ko lang po kasi na hindi puede mag demanda sa government hospital. Ano kaya puede idemanda sa tao "regarding" neglect of duty"?

depende yan sa charter ng ospital. meron pwede idemanda. pero initial step nito ay formally magparamdam ka sa kanila na napwersiyo ka at gusto mo ng kompensasyon sa perwisyong inabot mo.....
