gusto ko po sana manghingi ng advice. yung dati ko kasing friend, ayaw na magbayad ng balance n utang nya. tga-qc po ako, sya tga-bulacan. gusto ko pong pg-usapan namin ito s barangay. saan po ba ako mgpapabarangay? sa bulacan po ba? dapat po ba alam ko yung full address nya, or kahit ung brgy lang? pagdating dun sa brgy nila, ano pong dapat kong gawin? salamat po!
