Question ko lang po kasi napapabalita dito sa office namin na sa Dec. 26, 2012 pa daw ibibigay ang 13th month pay namin. hindi po b bawal iyon?
anu po ang puwede ko gawin..

Hello Jbravo... Our Handbook on Statutory Monetary Benefits of Workers includes "THe thirteenth-month pay shall be paid not later that December 24 of every year" clearly states that it should be released on the specified date given, otherwise you may visit the neares DOLE branch to file a complain.
