OUR COMPANY HAS JUST COME UP TO AN IDEA TO TERMINATE THOSE WHO WILL NOT PASS THE GRAMMAR TEST AFTER TWO TRIES. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE MEMO FOR THAT. IS IT REALLY POSSIBLE PO TO TERMINATE US THOUGH IT'S NOT IN THE CONTRACT>

Actually po we are teaching Korean students English po thru the net. I am a regular employee po and we didn't have that in our contract. But the Korean boss said that if you fail automatic termination.
