Paano po ba dapat icompute ang salary ng monthly?

Kasi ang binabayaran lang po in 1 month ay 26days.

Dito po kasi sa company na kung san ako nagtatrabaho, parang mali sila.

Example ang Monthly basic salary ay 12,000, ang per cut-off ay 6,000 pag walang absent dapat ganito ang magiging gross pay. Ang nangyayari po kasi kung ang no. of days lang per cut-off ay 12 may absent ka ng 1 day ang compute nila yung daily rate (461.54) times sa 11 lang kaya nagkukulang kami ng isang araw.

Paano po ba ito ipaglalaban sa Accounting namin?

so that is correct, yung divisor nyo is 26 days a month, counted yung saturday.. so kung 12T and monthly pay mo, 461.54 ang daily rate mo.

depende kasi sa cutoff yan.. merong araw na 11 days, 12 days at 13 days..

Tama nga po yun, kasama ang saturday. Diba dapat po fix ang 13 days per cut-off unless may absent ka. Nangyayari po kasi kung sa cut-off na yun 12 days lang tapos may absent ka 1 day diba dapat ang computation 6,000-461.54(1day absent)=5538.46, e ang ginagawa nila 461.54*11=5076.94 so may difference talaga na 461.52 diba?

Magulo po ba ako?

depende nga po sa pagbilang nila nang cutoff yan.. baka may ibang cutoff naman na 14 days..

basta po sa isang taon dapat 314 days ang naibayad sa inyo.

Sa 6 months ko po dito wala naman nangyari na 14 days yung binayaran. Siguro kung hintayin pa matapos yung taon saka i cocompute kung 314 days. Mahahabol pa po ba yung mga days na di nabayaran?

tingnan mo yung last payslip mo, ano ba cut off dates na nakalagay, then bilangin mo kung ilang araw dapat ang valid dates.. then ask your HR bakit kulang..

Yun pa po isang problema dito, pag nagrereklamo kami sa admin parang wala lang. Sila pa ang galit..Yung system nila at sila ang may problema.

Kaya po ako nagtanong para atleast pag pumunta ako dun may basis ang reklamo ko.

May idea po ba kayo kung gaano kabulok ang company pag Korean ang nagmamanage? San pa ba puede ireklamo mga yun maliban sa DOLE?

sa DOLE ka talaga dapat mag reklamo.. request a visit from them so that they could review kung anong system ginagamit nang HR nyo sa payroll nyo.

If you are a monthly paid employee, regardless of how many days per cut off period, you will still receive the half of your salary. As per your illustration, let's say your total monthly salary is P12,000 you will get P 6,000 every payday provided that you don't have any absences or leave without pay. They should not count the number of days per cut off because you are not a daily wage employee

i dont agree with this.. kahit monthly paid employee.. daily pa din ang basis nyan..

psychee, you have to look at this from an annual standpoint. what is important is that all the days worked in the year are paid
