punishment for disobeying a permanent protection order of a minor

if the mother was given a permanent protection order by the court against her child, then she still disobeys it; like she still kept on calling the child and annoying her.

questions:

1. what will be the punishment the mother?
2. will the child still need to file a case in court for that?
3. or just with the police?

court will have wide discretion ranging from censure to imprisonment
