Is is possible that my marriage certificate is not valid due to the CENOMAR result?because my husband still insisting that our marriage is not valid because he have a cenomar from the NSO? but i also got an aunthenticated marriage certificate also in NSO..so which is the real document the cenomar or the marriage certificate..
