Good day po sa lahat ng readers, itatanung ko lang po kung valid po ba yung kasal namin kasi hindi po kme nagpasa ng cenomar nagpakasal po kame nung August2009 at 18 & 11 months old pa lang ako nun.Hindi ko rin po matandaan kung nakasubmit din po ba kme ng parents consent...Lately i found out na hindi rin po authenticated yung birth certificate na pinasa niya pinagawa lang niya pala sa recto...Wala na po kme communication 5 years na po until this time..Gusto ko po mabalik yung apelyido ko to maiden name . Anu po ang gagawin ko . Your simple advice is highly appreciated. Thank you po.

all that you mentioned are irregularities but are not basis for declaration of nullity.
