Arresto Menor

Ask lang po bale nagpakasal po yung mother ko sa father ko sa edad na 17 yrs old.. nag kahiwalay po sila yung father ko po nagpakasal sa iba.. ngayon po yung Cenomar ng mother ko nkalagay po na married sya… pero po mali po yung spelling imbes na Roseny (Rossenie) ang nkalagay.. may balak po kasi sya magpakasal ulit sa japan.. para po mkapagwork dun.. void po ba if 17 years old ka lang nag pakasal? maari po kaya na mabago yung married status nya as single dahil 17 lang sya noon at mali po yung spelling ng name nya? please help we need it po talaga kung ano maari nmin gawin…
