Hi Atty.,
ang company ko po kasi nagdededuct po sa amin ng cash bond every 15th and 30th of the month. 4 yrs. na po ako sa company. Is this legal? and sabi po sa amin makukuha po namin ito pagnagresign kami. Feeling ko po ito ang gagawin nilang back pay or separation pay namin in case na magresign na ako. Meron po bang back pay pagnagresign ako sa company? Private company po ang napasukan ko..

Of course you have a mandatory 13th month pay, tax refund and actual worked days payment if nagresign ka sa company. Plus you can get your cash bond..Some companies doing that cash bond para pag may umalis na employee na di sapat ang fund para sa mga kautangan sa loob ng company ay yun yung hohold nila.. imo, this cash bond is unlawful. you can file a report to the dole
