Good day,

I just want to ask,Our company did not have a generator so If there is a power interruption we are mandated to work overtime to cover up for that day.For example monday we did not work because of the power interruption so tuesday to friday we are mandated to work extra time with out over time pay. My question, Do we have to work overtime to cover up for that day.

I truly appreciate your answer mam & sir.

you can be required to work, but it should be with OT premium
