Urgent Resignation

Nagwowork ako as part-timer sa isang college institution. 2mos.plng ako, though I feel that I'm underpaid, 90 per hour...I continue working with them. Pumapasok ako 3x a week... M-Th 3 hrs. (bukod p ung 1 hr break ko)and W- 6 straight hours. Unfortunately, we are living in a flood prone area here in valenzuela. I'm planning to resign since "double the price" ang fare during rainy season. Midterm is coming but I have to stop working dahil sobrang malulugi ako sa pamasahe. Makakasuhan po ba ako ng breach of contract? hanggng finals po kc ang contract na pinirmahan ko kaso po wala talaga akong magawa. Ano po bang pwedeng gawin or ilagay sa resignation letter? thanks in advance.

Resignation is always minimum of 1mos, pumayag man sila o hinde. Regardless, kung kasuhan ka man, eh hindi sa trial court kundi sa NLRC.
