Good day po. .. I have questions lang po regarding my resignation... Yesterday po I was planning to submit my resignation to the principal, since may lakad po sya kahapon, nung nagvisit po sya sa office binanggit ko po s knya na magpapasa na ko.. I cant explain her reaction po,parang naiinis na nananakot na ewan.. Anyway, last week po I already told her the reason why I am planning to resign, she was calm that time.. Last week, and again yesterday, she told me na kapag ganun daw mgbabayad daw po ng 20k, and maybe they will not issue recommendation/certificate of employment because of that., and sinasabi pa nya may license pa nmn daw ako baka daw marevoke pa yun.. at sabi nya kahapon, magcoconsult sya attorney.. And kahapon din inutusan nya coordinator of studies namin, na kausapin ako.. at ayun din po ang sinasabi, pag dumaan pa daw po yan sa legalities, pwde pa daw po ilaban sakin yung letter of intent na magstay pa ko this school year na sinubmit ko ng february, and yung appointment letter po na may sign ko this june lang po.. Di pa po ko nagsign ng contract sa knila, since nagstart ako dito.. Ang question ko po, yun po bang letter of intent at appointment letter na yun can be used against me?.. at sa palagay ko po, ok lang naman po resignation ko kasi 1month effective naman po yung resignation ko. Ang pinipilit po nila e yang 20k na yan at may mga case pang sinasabi, kasi nga daw po mid daw po ng shool year di daw ppwdeng aalis ako ng ganun...Anyway, my reason is meron pong opportunity sa govt, mas mlaki po ang swldo, at mas mlapit samin, unlike po dito na mababa lang at kailangan ko pa po magboarding house, and syempre po sa govt 40hrs a week, dito po 48hrs e hindi na po kami/ako skilled worker or sa hospital, school po kami, and were not even being paid for overtime, 2yrs na po ko dito as librarian at gsto ko po sana i-grab yung opportunity sa govt... sana po masagot nyo yung mga katanungan ko. ano po ba yung mga pwde kong isagot sa knila at rights po bilang employee...
