Greetings Attorney,
My concern is i have been employed by a certain company for 2 months and as a Supervisor. unfortunately, i was removed from the company by the owner due to some allegations and without any hard proof.
anyway, they issued me uniform of pants and sleeves pero ibinalik ko po ang sleeves dahil need for repair then dumating po sya the day na tinanggal ako. now po is hinohold nila ang Service Charge ko due to the uniform daw po na kailangan ko bayaran.
tama po bang i-deduct nila ang isang bagay na hindi ko man lang ginamit o ni-recieve man lang po.
Please advice me po paraa maliwanagan ako.
