Hi I would like to ask, I will be 1 year at my work by the end of October 2015, I was regularized in 3 months. The thing is, I was hired for another position as a Spanish Tl but ended up doing local account. And now I feel they want me to resign, as i am no longer in loop when it comes to work related things. basically even If i haven't signed a contract, but is getting all the benefits such as medical card SL and VL leaves. Am i already considered a regular employee even without any contract signing. will that be any bearing if ever they try to force resign or fire me?

You have proof that you are employed, and based on your story, you are considered to be a regular employee even without a contract.
