Hi sir mam. I was hoping someone could give an advice about my situation. I already signed my employment contract approved by the POEA. Im ready to depart but i heard they are going to change my contract to decrease my salary. Are they allowed to do it? As i said earlier i ha e already signed the contract approved by the POEA. pls help and advice me on what to do.
