Hi Attorney,

Will it be possible to file for an annulment if both parties the ex husband and the ex wife already have their own families?

Can still one of them file for annulment? after 5months of being a couple, they separated.

I would like to file for annulment of my marriage. Our church rites has already been declared null by the Marriage Tribunal October of last year (2011)

Now i would like to start already for the civil rites. The thing is, I only have (very) limited budget because i am solely raising our 4 kids. Will you be able to help me or can uyou refer me to someone who can help me out?

marriage tribunal? eto ba yung mismo ang religion nyo ang nag-declared ng nullity? please enligthen us more po. si atty, for sure nababasa nya rin po ito
