I wanted to file an annulment, is it possible to speed the processing if I will accept that I am psychological incapacitated, I am giving up my child custody to him and I will not ask anything from our marital investments. I just wanted to be annulled from him fast.

we both wanted an annulment but he insist being gentleman he wont do the 1st move. So I will do the filing. Is it possible to file admitting that I can no longer perform my marital duties
