hi,i just want to get some few advice about filling an annulment:
*i have an on going case RA 9262, can i file an annulment while this case is still on going? would this case help me on pursuing to be annuled?
*Do PAO accept annulment case? Many thanks

What exactly happened to you and yout partner? It depends upon the circumstances id it falls under any of the grounds for annulment.

gusto ko lang sanang humingi ng advice in filing for annulment:

4yrs na akong hiwalay sa asawa ko. nasaktan niya ako physically and nagkaroon siya ng kabit. napablotter ko siya sa barangay namin and may mga pictures akong evidence laban sa kanila. nalaman ko rin na kinunsinte ng family niya ang pagkakaroon ng kabit.
but recently, i found out na may anak na siya pero hindi doon sa nahuli kong kabit niya before.

ano po bang magandang gawin?

so anu ab gus2 mo gawin?? mag pa annull sa kanya?? kuha sustento?? kasal ba kayo na legal?? o kasuhan sya ng Violence against women?? Smile

legal po ang kasal namin kasi may copy na po sa nso iyong marriage license namin. gusto ko ng magpa-annul.
