Kasal po kami ng US citizen husband ko dito sa Philippines. May 2yrs old kaming anak. Nung una, inaayos na yung visa namin at kaming dalawa ng anak ko provided. Pero nong nagkakaron ng conflict especially may 3rd party na, anak ko na lang sinusuporta niya, at pilitan pa sa pagbigay and di enough. Hanggang sa nalaman kong sila pa rin ng babae na yun through pictures sa FB, pati support ng bata nawala na. Balak pa akong hiwalayan.

Ano po bang pwede ko i file na case?Pwede ba criminal case? What if nag demand ako ng support, pwede bako magfile since nasa US siya?

i recommend you first make sure that your marriage is registered at the US embassy. is your child also registered as a US citizen?

Yes po. both our marriage at us citizenship ng anak namin report na po sa US embassy. Na file nya na po before (kaya he has also plans of divorcing me now)...

i recommend you coordinate with the the US embassy regarding support for your child. at the same time, try to look for ngos which may want to help you and are located where he is
