We are having a problem sa kapitbahay namin. lagi sila nasa harapan ng bahay namin nag-stay and ang iingay pa. sometimes na-block na nila yung main door namin.kapag dadating kami, kami pa ang makikiraan sa kanila dahil di sila umaalis kahit nakaharang na sila. parang extension na ng bahay nila yung front ng house namin.

Nung nagreklamo kami sa kanila, sila pa ang mataas ang boses. they were claiming na government property daw un dahil part ng eskinita and wala daw kami right na paalisin sila.

ano po dapat namin gawin.

invite them to the barangay for some conciliation, if not file a case against them for unjust vexation (nang-iinis) or for alarms and scandals (depends on time)

Kaya lang naunahan kasi nila kami. nagpa-blotter na sila ng alarm and scandals kasi ung kasama ko sa house, nagsabi na di na sila pwede dun magstay sa harap and tinggal yung sampayan sa harap ng house namin para di na sila makapag-sampay dun.

Saka yung mga barangay officials, kampi sa kanila and di man lang kami kinausap. we heard them saying pa na, isang text lang daw nila susugurin kami ng mga barangay kagawad.
