a van(surplus) assembled in bulacan(all docs obtained points to bulacan like the vendor of the surplus machine and chassis). is it possible that this vehicle be registered in tawi-tawi w/o it ever being brought to tawi-tawi for inspection? it is a very delapidated motor vehicle and obviously will not pass the MVIR procedure anywhere in LUZON, VISAYAS and MINDANAW except TAWITAWI. Is this really possible in TAWI-TAWI?

I filed an estafa case for this, do you think that the person who registered this vehicle will be convicted? According to her the registration process is legal because she may choose where she wishes...and she has chosen TAWI-TAWI? But they told me all time that the Vehicle came from Subic.
