I'm being charged by Globe for Roam Surf randomly since March 2017 until the present even if I don't use it nor turn it on (even accidentally).
I have been calling their customer care to investigate, but their tech support team has always been saying that all the charges are valid.
I'm asking them of proof of Roam Surf usage history - like Internet sites visited, applications used, etc. But they said they won't disclose it unless there is a court order.
Please help me.
