i ask NSO for certificate of Singleness..and they send me a letter saying that i dont have any record of..kinasal po ako nong 1993 sa huwes ibig sabihin po ba eh hindi registered kasal ko?kc wala daw sila nakita record under my name..thanks in advance!!

describe the circumstances of you wedding. did you get a marriage license? was it registered at the civil registrar

non-registration does not make your marriage void.
