nagpakasal po yong sister ko year 2003 sa una niyang asawa pero hndi cla nagsama dahil nag abroad yong sister ko. ngayon dahil nagmamadali cla nung bf nya dahil babalik sa US yong lalaki nagpakasal sya ulit year 2010 ngayon meron na clang anak. naanulled ung first marriage just this 2013. hndi pa makuha ng asawa nya ung sister ko kc  hndi valid yong second marriage khit anulled na ung first. ang question po ano ang gagawin nila para maging valid yong kasal nila?

the by the book answer is to file an annulment for the second marriage then get married again.

some say just get married again.

anong ibig sabihin na some say just get married again? possible ba un? magiging valid nb ung pangalawa nilang kasal? kahit hndi na lng nila i annul ung una nila?
