Hi Attorney,

If you remember my old post about NBI, so I recently got my clearance and it showed that I have a derogatory record on file, I had no choice but to submit it to my company and they were not happy about this, they asked me to resign because of this or else get terminated.. Is this right or not?

So if a person has a record he does not have the right to have a job?
