Today po was the case conference pero I felt like it was merely an interrogation kc lahat cila nagtatanung skin at nalaman ko sa mga ksamahan kong nasa preventive suspension na ung case con ko lng ung different kc andun ung SOM, HR, Supervisor na dapat sana tumulong skin pero lalo pa akung diniin aside from this nagtawag pa sila ng company compliance director sa US at sa Philippines.I felt so helpless kc wala man lang me authority na tamayo on my behalf tapos prior to this case con nung sini-served ung Notice to explain ung pinabasa lng skin ung allegations at un lng then ang binasa ng HR implying that I'm still an active employee kaya po nung pumasok aku para sa case con ko I went to the HR office which is beside the production area since dpa nasimula and I haven't seen pa the HR I opted to use one of the PC and have had notice that my access card wasn't yet deactivated as well as my log in so I checked my stats if how did I end up last month, only to find out na di pala allowed un so nadagdagan padaw ung kaso ko.Panu ko po ito ilalaban?Or wala naba tlaga akung laban? In the middle of prventive suspension pde pba akung magpasa ng resignation? kaya lng di bayad ung days na nka PS aku. Anu po ang gagawin ko?Di ko po talaga alam at nung pinirmahan ko ung NTE ang binasa lng ay ung allegations tpos ay pinapirmahan na. Anu po ba ang grounds na pde kung gamitin? Pde ba ung client compliance directive? Na di nila dine-deactivate ung access card ko?Ngtaka po talaga aku kc tinanung ko ung mga kasama kung na suspend ung access card nila di daw active pero ung skin active. Kasalanan Ko po ba un?

yup I filed an explanation po kaya lng nang malaman nilang nkapasok aku sa production floor para magcheck ng stats ay na terrified cila....ang siste eh idadagdag daw un sa kao ko kc bawal daw xa dhil nka PS aku....eh dko nmn xa alam....although it is written in the NTE that I've signed nung binigay kc xa skin ng HR ung allegations lng ang kanilang binasa sa harap ko...then asked if I have questions if not then I have to sign it.Kasalanan ko po ba un? Tska di kc nila deni-deactivate ung access card ko kaya nkapasok aku...npaka unsual kc tinanung ko ung ibang suspended na ahente ung access nila nka deactivate daw...skin lng hindi..Anu po ang gagawin ko? Talo nba aku sa kasong to?If incase po magkaganun pde pa po ba akung magfile ng resignation? Gusto ko po sanang mgfile nang complaint sa anung grounds po ba dapat?

question po, can somebody who's on preventive suspension still resign? there's an NTE and 5 days was given for the reply, it's just the 3rd day, can one resign upon submitting the NTE reply? thanks
