i am married but we are separated for 6 years,my husband have his own family.we have no communication for 4years now.when i am about to file a legal separation,they ask me for a copy of marriage contract when i received the result in N.S.O. the result is negative i have no record because my name in the birth certificate is MARIA OLIVIA BACABAC but my name in the marriage contract is MA.OLIVE BACABAC is my marriage void?

no, it is not void. that's just a wrong spelling of your name

and such will not save you from a bigamy charge if you marry again. i do not recommend you risk it. it's capable of being corrected.
