Hi po ask ko lang po kung posible po ba na ma void ang kasal kahit may seremonyas naman ito ng judge pero walang licience? Yun kasi ang pinalalabas nilang grounds na invalid ang kasal nila kasi walang licience na lumabas.

if a marriage license was required and there was none, it is possible the marriage is void

Pwede po ba makasuhan ang taong nag asikaso ng kasal? Kasi sa 5 years akala talaga namin valid ang kasal nila.

Hello po, matagal po ba nga process ng nullity of marriage? The last time po na pina blotter ko asawa ko may death threat po, tapos po just yesterday, tinutukan po nya ako ng sigarilyo sa mukha, ang sabi nya papasuin daw nya ako sa mata..ano po kaso pwd isampa sakania at paano ko po makukuha ang custody nung 1 anak ko? Thank you po

Pwede din po bang gamitin yung grounds na yun for filing for Nullity of Marriage. Unemployed po siya and he don't have any plans of getting a permanent job to support my kids, pa help naman po. Matagal po ba ang process non if I file for it?
