My employeer anyway will be moving to a new location by April 16, 2012, reason why i would like to resign is due to the distance.
Employers target is zero attrition once the whole department will move by april. But i just knew it lately. Prior in tendering the resignation letter, i already informed my supervisor that i would not be amenable if the company moves out to a very distant location.
My employer wants my resignation cut short until March 31.
I am about to use my vacation leave on april 2-6. Can i get some bargaining on my leave? like convert to cash instead? or just adhere on what they want? i just find it so unfair..i can't lose a job for two weeks, they could have informed me on their goal(zero attrition) so i could have signed a contract on an earlier start date.
Please advice
