i want to resign as soon as possible but our company told me i should resign 30 days after

Good Day!

i really need your help guys.

gusto ko po kasi sanang mag resign this july 27, 2012.. kaso ngayon lang ako nag inform sa company.. sabi nila 30 days after pa daw pwedeng mag resign.. kasi maghahanap pa daw ng kapalit.. eh, nakahanap na po ako ng kapalit and i'm willing to train her before i leave.. kailangan ko lang talagang mag resign at mamalagi na muna sa amin.. mama ko kasi ang nag advice.. na mag resign ako..

ok lang po ba na mag stop na ako ng work on the date na gusto kong mag resign pero bibisita bisita pa naman din ako sa ofis.. if may probs.. willing naman akong mag cooperate..

ano po kaya? sensiya na.. need ko lang advice niyo.

refer to this:

Art. 285. Termination by employee.
An employee may terminate without just cause the employee-employer relationship by serving a written notice on the employer at least one (1) month in advance. The employer upon whom no such notice was served may hold the employee liable for damages.

An employee may put an end to the relationship without serving any notice on the employer for any of the following just causes:
Serious insult by the employer or his representative on the honor and person of the employee;

Inhuman and unbearable treatment accorded the employee by the employer or his representative;


and just want to add,do you have a contract bond?

wala naman po.. we can resign anytime naman.. probationary po ako ngayon.. this october sana magiging regular na ako.. kaso gusto ko lang talagang mag resign as early as possible eh..


yong dati kong employer,, nag submit ako ng resignation 1 week before.. pero ok lang naman po yon.. wala na yong mga 1 month effectivity.. state college po yong dati kong employer..
