My co-workers received an email from our Supervisor that they will be transferred to another account and at the end of the email it has a note Take it or Resign. My other co-workers who received the email resigned.
Also, there are times when our Supervisor will tell us that if we cannot go with the rules the door is wide open.
Is it ethical of a Supervisor to say those things?
What kind of complaint can we file?
