sir, may allotted time po ba ang isang empleyado, bago sya umalis sa workplace sa isang hazardous plant o establishment?? nagbihis na po kasi sya 10 mins. bago yung time nya, nakasuhan po sya neglect of duty..... ask lng po kung may nasususlat sa labor code about dito, kung meron po pwedeng malaman sang article... tnx po
