Hello all. May tanong lang ako. Gusto ko kasi umalis after ng training period ko. Wala na nga akong proper training, pinapatrabaho pa ako agad tapos OTTY pa. Plano kong umalis after ng training period ko. Wala ba silang hawag sa akin kung aalis ako? Salamat sa sasagot.

May evaluation daw na mangyayari. Kapag kasi umalis ako within training period, mumultahan ako ng 10k. Aalis din ako kasi may cash bond na kinakaltas kada sweldo.

if meron and meron nakasulat dun na minimum period, they can sue you for damages if hindi mo ma fullfill yun

Walang minimum period. Nakalagay lang na eevaluate bago maging contractual. Tatapusin ko na nga lang ang training kasi may multa.
