nagpautang po ako sa mga empleyado ng isang construction firm at sa isang ahensya ng gobyerno. pumirma po sila ng kasunduan kng magkano ang kanilang utang, ilang buwan na huhulugan at kung magkano ang ihuhulog kada sweldo. iniwan din nila samin ang knilang atm at pin number at pumirma din po sila ng kasunduan n binibigyan kmi ng pahintulot na kunin ang sahod nila sa atm at nangako sila na di magpapa lost ng atm sa panahong ito ay nakasanla p samin. pero karamihan po sa knila ay nagpa lost. ano po ang maaari kong gawin upang sila ay masingil? magagamit ko po b ang mga pinirmahan nila laban sa kanila? humigit kumulang po sa 300 katao ang sinisingil namin. ang utang po ay nagkakahalaga mula 10,000 hanggang 30,000.salamat po

if they issued affidavits of loss and you can get them, then you can file a case of perjury.

there is fraud in the performance of the obligation, but not to get you to enter into the agreement; therefore my thinking is that estafa will not prosper.

consider filing a small claims case against them. rules on sc.judiciary.gov.ph. no lawyer required.
