Sir ask lang po dahil nalilito ako kung ano case ifile sa incident na ito?

yung katulong po ay inutusan ng amo nya upang ideposit ang 250,000.00 na cash sa bank, ngunit nalaman ng amo na hindi pl nadeposit yung nasabing pera sa bangko. qualified theft or estafa po ba ang tamang kaso na pwedeng ifile sa nasabing katulong?

play it safe, file qualified theft and/or estafa.

to me, it's estafa. you have to send a demand letter first.

what if po sir kung hindi na makapag bigay ng demand letter kc tumakas na po yung suspect?Tnx po ng marami sa reply nyo po merry christmas and happy new year po sa inyo and God bless po
