hello pm, just want to know what motion to quash mean?isa po sa kaibigan ko ay kinasuhan ng mga police ng human traficking at ikinulong.non available daw po ang kaso nya pero nakapgbail po siya.3 times na po siya umaatend ng hearing pero wala pong may nagaapear na mga complainant.at ayon sa atty. ng friend ko wala daw pong approval ang fiscal at sinasabi po na meron daw kasabwat ang akusado na nagtatago kaya nacancel daw po ang motion to quash.at mag kakaraoon pa daw ng hearing ang akusado ng mga 3 to 5 times.ayon po sa friend ko nagfile ng arraignment ang kanayang attny.anu po ba ibig sabihin ng arraignment?sana po mabigyan nyo po ako ng information bout the case of my friend.thanks...

why not have your friend ask his atty? arraignment is when the charge is read to the accused and he pleads whether he is guilty.

posible po bang walang kaso ang friend ko dahil kelan lang po ay nakakuha siya ng NBI pero wala namn po siyang criminal record but his case is still on going?

paano po ba malalaman kong may kaso ang isang tao o wala?plz advice ... thanks...

hi to u atty.LLL, ive tried to edit my post erlier coz too personal.i have one more question about arraignment. gaanu po katagal iniischedule ang arraigment after ito ifile? saka ilang beses po ginagawa ang arraignment? nabnggit ko na 3 times na po hindi umatend ang complainant sa hearing ng friend ko,at nabanggit po ng atty. nya na kapag wala daw dumating na mga complainant sa next hearing maaring 3 times na lang ang itatagal ng case nya.totoo po ba yon? sana po maadvice nyo ako para sa friend ko.maraming salamat po...
