Arresto Menor

Atty, nais ko lang pong itanong ang topic na ito. Mayroon pong kaso sa QC na ang ginamit ay National bldg Code (fire hazard) at pinaboran ng QC govt. kaya naisampa ang kaso. Denied of po ang motion ng defendants kaya ngayon po ay nahaharap sila sa demolisyon. Ang pagkakaalam ko po, ang mga batas na nasa topic ko ay repealed na ng RA 7279 Sec 28. Paki paliwanag lang po sana ang relasyon ng mga nasabing batas sa RA 7279 Sec 28 please.
