Arresto Menor

Our company is a Government Owned or Controlled Corporation (GOCC). At present, employees are covered by rules and regulation of the Labor Code of the Philippines and have two union one for the rank and file and the other one for the supervisory personnel.

With the above information are we covered by recently signed Republic Act No. 10149 especially in Chapter III (COMPENSATION AND POSITION CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM FOR GOCCS)since our salaries and other benefits were covered by CBA.

Any opinion regarding on this matter shall be highly appreciated. Thank you.
