Hi Atty, can i sue my wife. We have been married for almost 12 yrs but then i found out that my son is not my son. I am working abroad, way back july 2007 my wife wanted me to come back to philippines because she said she was already ovulated and fertile, she gave birth march 6 2008, without counting the months and since i am excited to have a baby i did not notice that our son is only 7 mos by then. As per her doctor she gave birth with full term. I have monthly remiitances with them 80k, but when i lose my job she doesnt want me to go home and also she said that she doesnt have any savings. SInce many people even her family telling me that i am not the father of our son, i requested her to do some DNA and she refuse to do so. And many people said that the real father and my wife were living together in my own house. What case can i file to my wife?

mga attorney, papanu naman po kong yung wife ang ayaw tumigil dun sa mistress kahit na tumigil na ung mistress at wala na communication dun sa husband? yung tipong umabot na sa pagpopost ni wife sa facebook yung girl with name and picture, at may instances pa na nagpost yung wife ng text message na di umano'y galing daw sa mistress pero hindi nman po yung mistress yung nagttxt? anu po ang dapat gawin nung mistress?

yes you can sue your wife if you have doubts about the paternity of your child. hire a lawyer.

I'm little bit worried if the wife will counter a case against me. Pero lumayo na po ako dun sa husband at wala na po kaming communication since na nagalit ung wife sakin. Pero ang kaso po ngaun meron pong nagttxt dun sa wife at nagpapanggap na ako at nagtetext sakanya ng kong anu-anu. makakasuhan pa po ba ako kahit na wala na kami communication nung husband nia?

My boyfriend is married with another woman but they are already separated maybe for more than 5 years and only contacting to the other party just for the child support. I've been hoping if you could help me with my situation.. I've been married for 4 and 5 months now, ever since I know my husband is "babaero". He keeps telling me "we're only friends" but every time I read his fb messages I can tell that there is something wrong. Every time I confront him he stops but the next week or so there is another woman he is chatting with. Last November 2017, I found out that my husband was seeing a woman from his FB. I confronted the woman on his FB acc that we are married and she should respect us and back off. But then early this year I discovered that they are still seeing each other. I was pregnant then, I was emotionally, mentally and physically stressed because of the affair. That lead me to lose the baby. Last week I let my husband choose and he choose us. But this morning I searched his phone and discovered they are still communicating. I said I want to live him for go this time but me slap/pouch my jaw and tried to choke me, but I manage to run away with our son. He also has a history hitting his ex girlfriend.
What charges can I file for my husband and his mistress. Thank you.

ireklamo mo sa barangay yung babae. hangga't hindi nailuluwal yung bata, wala syang way para maipatunay na ang asawa mo ang tatay ng bata. if that is the case, lahat ng sinasabi nya ay accusations pa lamang. challenge her na pag labas ng bata, dun nyo patunayan kung ang asawa mo ba talaga ang ama ng bata.

also, there is no such thing as support sa pagbubuntis kung di naman kasal since nga kailangan muna establish kung sino ang tatay ng bata.

Hi! What if I only have witneses about the actual affair of my husband with another woman and text messages and messenger chats that confirms they an affair? Also the other woman claims that she has a 3-year old son with my husband. She is now at abroad for work, will these evidences enough to deport her?
