magandang araw po sa inyo.... kaming mag asawa po ay nasa ibang bansa. at ang aming anak na pitong buwan plang ay nasa pangangalaga ng magulang ng asawa ko na nasa pinas nman po.ngayun po na naghiwalay kmi ng asawa ko. maaari po bang mapunta sa pangangalaga ng magulang ko ang aking anak.maraming salamat po

If you mean grandparents will be awarded custody, may posibilidad po pero mahirap na grandparents will be awarded custody because the law prefers you (parents) to be the ones to raise your children. This move can be easily defeated by showing that your spouse is interested in taking custody of the child and she is preferred over your parents.

If you mean you will leave the child with your parents after you have won custody, you can do that because in such a situation, you will still be considered in constructive custody of the child through your parents (as your agents).
