i have a friend who has a standing warrant of arrest for estafa w/c was issued since i think around 2002. can he personally check with nbi if it is still standing? or will the people in nbi arrest him once he shows up there? Thanks! and what if the person who filed the case to him already died? can the case be automatically closed already? Thanks!

the case and the warrant will still remain. this may be a good time to file bail and face the case. without the complainant, the case might be eventually dismissed.

Thanks! is there a way where he can first check the details of his case? meaning as to how many counts it was, how many cases were filed and as to how many checks it was? can he just call nbi and have this checked? or can he ask someone to go to nbi or metropolitan court to check?
