I read your advice and I thank you for the time you spent to answer my query. To add information on this matter, actually I have sent a letter (via registered mail) the bank last 2008 stating a request to cancel my card and advising that I lost my job due to company closure and consequently suffering from a disease of diabetes whereby I attached my medical certificate. And from that time on they did not reply and only this month they are tracking me down to settle the matter through a local agency.
I hope and pray that this problem will find a good solution.
