CANT RENEW NBI BECAUSE OF A HIT RECORD

i got a big problem.
it goes like this..
september2010 i did an illegal abortion. and the bad thing is i was sent by my friends at government hospital because i collapse. and the mhospital did a action for what i did. Now i need to renew my NBI which expired lastmonth. i badly needs it for my new job, yesterday was supposed to be my 1stday at work but they moved mo on aug1 because i failed to give my nbi.
when i was in hospital i didnt indicate a correct birthday and so as the adress. the name is also just my nickname but its my lastname that i am so bothered that i i might be hit beacuse of that. i am so afraid to go to nbi to renew because some told me that once they saw that you have a record they will automatically caught you and get you in jail..is that true??how will i know if i was hit with a record. please help.

the only way to find out is to get your nbi clearance. i doubt if anything will appear.

but some of my friends also told me that i might have a case filed by the hospital i just didnt know because i didnt received a subpoena for the reason i didnt indicate my real adress.
i also remember that they ask mo to rewrite a paragraph that admitting what i did with my signature. i am so bother about this. i cant go at the nbi for renewal because once i have a case without my knowledge they might caught me on the spot.

if your clearance has a hit, they'll tell you to go to quality control. you can someone else with an authorization letter to go there.

Hi Atty LLL, good day to you, need some advice from you, i just need to get an nbi clearance but i have a pending case filed last 2006, inaasikaso ko na po ang case ko sa judge, yung judge ni refer kami sa PMC, nasa mediation process na po kami, kaso lang po d po nag attend yung complainant ko nitong august 25, then reset kami ng sept 1, 2011, may schedule na po kami for pre trial sa sept 26, willing naman akong i-settle problema d nag aattend yung complainant, ang tanong ko po eh, pede ko po ba mag request for dismissal ng case ko sa sept 26 pre trial schedule namen, kung d sya mag appear dun, kanino ko po ba rerequest yung request for dismissal kse kailangan ko na po ang nbi, baka kapusin ako ng panahon, para sa employer ko need ko na ang nbi...pano po ba ang magandang gawin para maresolve ko problema ko sa lalong madaling panahon...dalawang klase kse pedeng mangyari, una:mag appear sya sa sept 26, at dun sya mag pa areglo, kung that time maayus namen, makakakuha na ba agad ako ng clearance sa judge...2nd is eh d sya mag appear sa 2nd set of mediation at sa pre trial, makaka request na po ba ako ng case dismissal, san ko po ba ilalapit ang request sa clerk of court o sa counsel na PAO,...

you can ask your lawyer to request the court for provisional dismissal.

May follow up question lang po ako atty, yung request po na provisional dismissal puede ko na po ba ilapit sa atty yun, na kahit wala pa yung set na Pre trial on sept 26 ay ma submit na namen,

kse po sa totoo lang po nag aalala po ako, may employer na po kse ako at gusto ko pong mapaaga ma release ang aking NBI,, kse sa ngaun po wala akong trabaho, ipinangungutang ko lang po ang pang araw araw nameng pamilya at kung mawawala po ang opportunidad na to eh, mag sa suffer po ang aking pamilya at maaring huminto po ng pag aaral ang aking tatlong anak, walang gabi na hindi po ako makatulog, lagi po ako isip ng isip ng solusyun at mga senaryo kung pano ko magagawan ng paraan, naiisip ko na rin po na puntahan din yung complainant ko, para maayus at makausap, naiisip ko rin po na baka dko rin makuha ang loob nya at dko makuha yung word of honor nya na umappear sya sa pre trial setting sa darating na sept 26..

Atty, FYI po, kse sa oct 2nd wk po kelangan makumpleto ko na po ang documento ko, yung provisional dismissal po ba mabilis lang po ba decisionan?

it's all in the discretion in the court. when i handled a similar case, I bargained with the prosecutor and she agreed because she had no witness anyway.

sa ngaun po wala akong Atty, except dun sa inassign nung arraingment, akala po nga ni judge eh may kakayahan po akong kumuha ng atty. pero sa kalagayan ko po, nais kung ma resolba sa maagang panahon ang nbi clearance ko, kaya po naiisip ko p0 na kung pede po matulungan nyo po ako,

Atty lalapit po ako dun sa PAO na inasign sa akin nung arraignment, just in case po na d nya ko matulungan, pede po ba nyo ako ma represent? at dun sa magiging serbisyo po na gagawin po ninyo sa akin eh gagagawan ko po ng paraan.

aabisuhan ko po kau sa kalalabasan ng pag uusap namen ng PAO po, pagkatapos ko pong maka usap yung PAO po, kse dko po sure kung tatanggapin po nya, at ramdam ko po na mas incline kau sa ganitong mga kaso, at sa kalagayan ko, minsan lang po itong opportunidad na to...gusto ko po talagang mapabilis...
