Hello Good day Atty. I would like to ask if my uncles could sell the property my mother has inherited from my lolo.
Initially the land was owned by my lolo (Bob). He passed it down to my mother (Tess). The said land is titled to my mother. I am the only daughter and I have no legal father since my mom was never married.
My mother recently died May 2011. My lolo is already dead as well. But my grandmother is still alive.
My mother's siblings (my 2 uncles) sold it for a very small amount and with the permission of my husband whom I am having conflict with at the moment.
The title is under their care and they will not give it to me.
What are my rights? And what can I do to stop them?
