ask ko lng po if pde mging reason sa annulment yung kc po ang ceremony ng kasal sa mayor e ngyari ng sept.22,2006 na wla pa po kmi marriage license,,pro kc po kilala ng father ng husband ko ang mayor e naikasal kmi khit wla pang marriage license..pro na relese ang marriage license e oct.9 na..so un nlng po ang nilagay sa marriage contract,,pde po ba yun? valid po ba yun? nkakuha nman po ako ng otenticated marriage contract sa nso,,ayun nga po nkalagay e oct.9 pro ang kasal po ay naganap nung sept.22...tnx!

yes, it can be basis for annulmennt. but from a practical point of view, how will you prove that it was really on 22 september, not 09 oct?

Attorney yong kasal ko po noon ay 18 years old pa ako pero sa maariage license namin ang nakalagay ay 21 years old na ako at wala pong signature ng parents ko. Is it a ground for annulment?

yes, but only until you are 26 years old, and if you did not live with your spouse after reaching the age of 21
