May kakilala po ako nag nkasuhan ng qualified theft, nagbail na din po sya, kaya lang ung nagdemanda po ay pinagkakalat yung naging kaso nya.
Pwede po ba syang magcounter file ng case,,, public scandal maybe? or ano po ba pwede nyang gawin?

the proper charge would be slander if spoken, libel if written. he would need the testimonies of the persons who heard the complainant say these things.
